I recently got injured on the street from jumping over trash and landing in a slippery mess (completely sober). It was my first time going to the emergency room. Not fun, and my ankle is not so pretty. I'm just glad nothing's broken, but marathon training is put to a halt for at least 2 weeks and I'll be practicing some R.I.C.E. until then...
